You are the Driver

Your Passport to Success

Passports are resources you use to get from one destination to another. They typically contain the information required to pass through “checkpoints” and meet the standards of your desired location. You can use the “Passport” analogy to also describe tools that help us gain personal and professional success such as:

  • Become a better communicator
  • Work with ethics, honestly, and integrity
  • Deal with change
  • Develop others
  • Provide better customer service
  • Become more focused and confident

Regardless of the change you seek, it’s important to remind yourself that “you are the driver!”  You may have chosen to change or it may have been thrust upon you.  However, to be in the driver’s seat, you must accept the responsibilities.
